How do I place an order?
Simple! Just browse through our products, select and add your personalization info (name, photo or message).
Add it to your cart and click on the “Checkout” tab from your cart once you've finished shopping.
Enter your details (customer information, payment information and pick-up location) and click “Place Order”.
Where's my Order Confirmational email?
Once your payment has been processed, you should receive an Order Confirmation email. If you haven't, then check the email address that you submitted when ordering or check your Spam folder.
If you still don’t see it then let us know! Be sure to include your name and order number.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can cancel or change your order although we hope that you won't want to. To cancel or make a change to your order, you must contact us within 2 hours after ordering. After 2 hours, we have already begun the customization of your gift.
